After being in a coma for 15 days, it has been confirmed that award winning gospel singer, Kefee Don Momoh passed on this morning. Industry sources, her close friends and entertainers have also confirmed the news. Mourning and condolence messages have been pouring in all day. I'm sorry for reporting late. I've been really busy.
If you recall, she was on a 14 hour flight to Chicago when she fell into a coma forcing the plane to make an emergency landing in Los Angeles..She was rushed to a hospital in LA and never regained consciousness..
Kefee's UK publicist just confirmed her death in an official statement which reads....
On behalf of the family….It is with a great sadness but grateful hearts that we announce the passing to glory due to lungs failure this morning of our God’s mouth piece, chorus leader, daughter, wife, sister, friend Kefee Branama Queen … May her beautiful, gentle and precious soul rest in perfect peace. Amen!!
PS: In contrast to all earlier rumors and stories in circulation, I do state that Kefee wasn’t 6 months pregnant and neither did she have pre-eclampsia.

She would be missed greatly. Let's use this opportunity to reflect on our life. Heaven and hell is real. What will you tell the lord you used your life to do on earth. Death will come anytime like a thief in the night. There won't be an announcement. Have a beautiful night rest.

ReplyDeleteKefee was a friend....a personal friend...aways had a smile on and even when she ws pissed, she still smiled.....her bulgy bright eyes were ever encouraging....her spirit was always alive...her songs pierced....her humility was commendable....she would be missed....a void hs just been created...I bless the name of the lord for her life..and I thank God she's home now...I pray Teddy gets divine consolation cos my...he loved his wife to bits....and for all others she left behind too.....May her gentle soul Rest in eternal peace....Kokoroko!!
